摘要
阐述了随机载荷谱的工程处理方法,研制了大直径滚筒式(4 m)汽车驱动桥疲劳性能强化试验系统,分别介绍了试验系统架构,以及其中的道路模拟、机械、液压加载、数据采集与控制、计算机监测与分析等子系统的功能,给出了试验系统进行疲劳强化试验的流程,以及基于VB 6.0的软件实现。对5 t ZL50DWB驱动桥等多个产品进行了较为大量的试验,表明这种基于随机载荷谱的驱动桥强化试验系统具有科学的实验方法和高试验可靠性。
The method of engineering treatment of random load spectrum was expounded. The big diameter (4m) roller typed intensifted testing system for the fatigue property of automobile driving axle was developed. Functions of frame structure of testing system and of subsystems inside it were introduced on the mad simulation, mechanism, hydraulic pressured loading, collection and control of data, computer inspection and analysis etc.. The flow path of fatigue intensified testing to be carried out by the testing system and the VB6.0 based software realization were presented. The relatively large numbered experiments on many products including the 5t ZL50DWB typed driving axle were carried out, and it indicated that this intensified testing system of driving axle based on random load spectrum has a scientific testing method and a high testing reliability.
