摘要
建立RP-HPLC法测定蒙药壮西六味散中胡椒碱含量的方法,用Hypersil-C18柱,甲醇-水（75∶25）为流动相;流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长343nm;线性范围43.60-130.80μg·mL^-1,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.1%（n=5）。方法简便、快速、准确。
A RP-HPLC method for the determination of Piperene in Zhuangxiliuwei Soup was established. A Hypersil C18 column was used with methanol-water （75 ： 25） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL . min^-1 and detecting wavelength was 238nm. The linear range was 43.60-130.80μg . mL^-1 （r^2=0. 9996） and average recovery was 98. 9%, RSD=1. 13% （n=5）. The method is simple, fast and accurate.
