摘要
国家研究实验基地文化由物质文化、制度文化、精神文化三个层面组成,是三种文化的有机统一体.探讨了国家研究实验基地三种文化的建设,以期通过文化建设,提升国家研究实验基地的整体水平.
The culture of the state base of the research and experiment are consisted of the material culture, the institutional culture and the spiritual culture, which are organically unified. It discusses the construction of the three kinds of cultures, in the parpose of upgrading the overall level of the state base of the research and experiment by the construction of the culture.
