摘要
目的:观察烧山火治疗风寒阻络型雷诺病的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组47例,烧山火治疗;对照组43例,口服硝苯地平治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈30例,显效16例,有效1例,治愈率、总有效率分别为63.8%、100%;对照组痊愈16例,显效14例,有效8例,无效5例,治愈率、总有效率分别为37.2%、88.4%。两组治愈率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:烧山火治疗风寒阻络型雷诺病疗效显著,愈好率高。
Objective：To observe the clinic effect of the mountain burning manipulation in the treatment of the RD of sypmptoms of wind-cold. Methods ： 90 cases were randomized into therapy group and control group. The therapy group （ n=47 ） were treated with the mountain burning manipulation and the control （n=43） with nifcdipinc. Results ： 30 in therapy group were cured, 16 were greatly improved and 1 improved. Cure rate was 63.8% while the total effective was 100%.16 in control group were cured, 14 were greatly improved, 5 improved and 5 inefficacy. Cure rate was 37.2 while the total effective was 88.4%. Conclusion ： The mountain burning manipulation has good effect in the treatment of the RD of wlnd-cold.
