婴儿左腋窝淋巴结指突状树突细胞肉瘤一例报道 被引量：7

摘要 患儿，男，8个月。因发现左腋下肿物6个月收住院。入院前6个月患儿接种卡介苗后出现左上臂破溃感染，并出现同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大，无发热，局部皮肤无潮红，当时未予特殊处理，此后腋窝肿物逐渐增大，在外院曾抗感染治疗但效果不明显，肿物继续增大，我科以左侧腋下肿物（淋巴结结核？）收入院。检查：T36．8℃，P96次／分，R24次／分，体重10kg，发育正常，营养中等，左腋下可见6cm×6cm×6cm肿物，表面光滑，
