摘要 随着CYP2C19基因多态性研究的不断深入,发现它不仅存在个体差异和种群差异,而且这些差异影响酸相关性疾病及幽门螺杆菌的疗效,影响慢性肝病及肝移植患者的药物选择,影响对肿瘤高危性的判断等。此文就近年CYP2C19在消化系统中的作用作一综述。 There has been marked progress in our understanding of CYP2CI9 genetic polymorphism over past 20 years, We found that the genotype of CYP2C19 is wide individual variation and group difference. The genotype of CYP2C19 is related to the therapeutic effect of acid-related disorders and Helicobacter pylori infection. The genotype of CYP2C19 is also related to the selection of drugs and doses suitable for the individual genetic background in cirrhotic patients and liver transplantations, Any- one has the mutation of CYP2C19 gene appears to be at an increased risk for developing gastric cancer, esophageal carcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma. This review gives an up-to-date description of our current knowledge in these areas.
