摘要
以某型号母线桥为例,利用大型有限元工程分析软件ANSYS建立低压三相母线系统的三维有限元模型,计算了两种不同连接方式下母线桥系统的固有频率和相应振型,确定了母线桥系统中主要振源的部位。在此基础上,提出两种改进结构并分别进行了模态分析。模态计算和噪声测量结果表明改进结构能有效的提高结构刚度,控制工作噪声。
The numerical analysis on vibration mode of a certain low voltage busbar bridge system is carried out by use of finite element analysis software ANSYS. Two 3D finite element structural models, which have different connecting methods, are developed. The natural frequencies and the mode shapes of two models are acquired. Based on the analysis, the main vibration sources are found out and two structure modifications are present. Mode calculation and noise measurement results show that the proposed methods can increase the stiffness of the structure and control the noise effectively.
