摘要
在竞争日益激烈的成品油批发和零售市场环境中,我国石油企业积极着手成品油物流和商流的信息化建设。在此过程中,物流与商流的信息化协调问题直接影响到石油企业能否以低成本的物流运营方式来保障较高的服务水平,以及对市场变化做出快速反应。本文针对石油销售公司的信息化过程,就成品油物流与商流信息化协调问题进行研究。
In order to gain and then keep competitive advantages in the petroleum products market, the Oil companies of China recently stick at informationization management of the physical flow and commercial flow, that results in the service level being ensured with lower logistics cost, and quick response to the changing market. This paper proposes a scheme to coordinate the physical flow and commercial flow of petroleum products among the informationization management.
