摘要
基于微乳液有增稳、增敏、增溶等作用,建立了微乳液-鲁米诺-H2O2-Fe(Ⅱ)化学发光体系测定Fe(Ⅱ)的分析方法。该法测定Fe(Ⅱ)的浓度范围为1×10-6~1×10-4g/L,检出限为1.20×10-7g/L。对浓度为1×10-6g/L的Fe(Ⅱ)标准溶液连续平行测定11次,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.33%。利用EDTA为掩蔽剂,可有效消除大多数元素离子对测定Fe(Ⅱ)的干扰,从而可用于矿样中Fe(Ⅱ)的测定,回收率在96%~107%之间。
Based on the function of enhancing stability, sensitivity and dissolvability of microemulsion, the chemiluminescence reaction in the system of microemulsion-luminol-H2O2-Fe (Ⅱ) was investiga- ted. The method can be used to determine effectively Fe (Ⅱ) in the range of 1×10^-6~1×10^-4g/L with the detection limit of 1.20×10^-7 g/L. The relative standard deviation is 1.33M for determination of 1×10^-6 g/L Fe(Ⅱ)(n= 11). Moreover, the interference from the majority elements can be eliminated using EDTA as masking agent. The method is successfully applied to determine Fe(Ⅱ) in ore samples with the recovery of 96%-107%.
