摘要
于2005年11月随机选取通辽市六个旗、县、区的水稻种植区,对市售当地产稻米样品抽样,采用毛细管胶束电动色谱法检测稻米中水胺硫磷和灭多威农药.结果表明,除科左后旗外,其余地区的稻米中均检出了农药,水胺硫磷残留量范围在0.0928~0.1465mg/kg,灭多威残留量范围在0.1102~0.2757 mg/kg,水胺硫磷超标率为33.3%,灭多威超标率为66.7%.说明通辽市部分地区稻米中水胺硫磷和灭多威农药含量超标,应加强农药使用监督管理.
Six paddy rice plants area of the city, counties and areas in Tongliao are selected randomly from November in 2005 to April in 2006, isocarbophos and methomyl of rice sampled from market, have been tested by using the micellar electrokinetic capillary electrophoresis. Resultsshowed that besides Kezuohou city, other locals pesticides of rice have been detected, isoearbophos residue quantity scope is 0. 0928 - 0. 1465mg/kg, methomyl residue quantity scope is 0. 1102 -0. 2757mg/kg. The rate of exceeding allowed figure of isocarbophos is 33.3 %, The rate of exceeding the allowed figure of methomyl is 66.7 %. In rice from part area of Tongliao, contents of isocarbophos and methomyl exceed allowed figure, pesticide using management should been strengthened by supervision.
