汞中毒的毒性机制及临床研究进展 被引量：35

摘要 汞是存在于地球的唯一液态金属元素，除金属汞外，其化合物分为有机汞和无机汞。20世纪五十年代，人类从“水俣病”开始认识到汞及其化合物的毒性，人类在长期防治汞中毒的过程中积累了大量临床资料和经验，使人们认识到汞是一种损害多脏器的毒物。汞中毒是指接触金属汞而引起的以中枢神经系统、口腔病变为主，并累及呼吸道、胃肠道、肾脏等的全身性疾病。对汞的毒性的实验研究（特别是神经系统和肾脏）也深入到了分子水平的。
