摘要
国际互联网的发展给传统的隐私权体系带来的是无尽的侵权纠纷,在单一的法律手段难以有效保护网络知识产权的现状下,促使人们反思网络社会秩序有效建立的各个要素,特别是伦理原则对法律实现的辅助作用。
The development of Internet has brought about endless infringement dispute to thetraditional privacy system, and under the present situation that the network intellectual property can＇t be protected effectively by using the single legal means, the people are urged to consider each factor for the effect establishment of the network social order, especially the assistant function of the ethical principles for the realization of law.
