摘要
南京国民政府时期,兴起了一场乡村师范教育运动。它是在乡村教育家的试验与改革下,在国民党教育政策的推动下而兴起的以专门培养乡村小学教师为宗旨,达到改造乡村教育和乡村社会目的的一场师范教育改革运动。其发展历程大约经过五个时期。乡村师范办学的针对性与训练学生的农村社会适应性等特点,或许能对今天的教育有所启示。
There was a profound movement of rural teachers education in china during the Nanjing National Government . Under the rural educationalist' s experiment and reform , in line with the promotion of the KMT edcution policies , the movement was a teachers education improvement whose purpose was educating rural school teachers , reforming rural education and rural society . In this movement there were about five stages. The characteristic of rural teachers education , such as the definate purpose of running school , the professional training of the rural social adaptability, may enlighten education at present .
