基于农艺性状和AFLP位点的菜用大豆遗传多样性 被引量:3

Genetic diversity assessment of vegetable soybean varieties based on agronomic characters and AFLPs

摘要 基于主要农艺性状及AFLP分子标记技术,对40份入选菜用大豆品种进行遗传多样性评价,为拓宽菜用大豆种质资源基础及新品种选育提供理论依据。研究结果表明,基于农艺性状及品质性状的聚类将40份材料划分为3个类群;AFLP标记数据聚类将40个材料划分为3个AGs(AFLP—based groups)分子类群,且聚类结果与材料的地理来源无关。另外,8对AFLP引物共扩增出30条多态性条带。平均每对引物3.75个等位变异;品种间的遗传相似系数变化范围为0.3704~0.9998,平均值变化范围为0.5980~0.7924,总体平均值为0.7094,说明供试材料间的遗传相似系数较高。遗传差异较小,因此必须进一步加强菜用大豆种质资源的筛选和创新工作。 Genetic diversity of 40 vegetable soybean varieties was evaluated based on agronomic characters and AFLPs. The results showed that the 40 varieties could be divided into 3 groups according to the agronomic traits and AFLP polymorphic loci,respectively. Thirty DNA polymorphic bands were scored from amplification of 8 AFLP primer combinations, with 3. 75 markers for each primer combination in average. And the range of pair similarity coefficient was from 0. 370 4 to 0. 999 8; the average pair similarity coefficient was from 0. 598 0 to 0. 792 4 with the total average of 0. 709 4. The results also showed a narrow genetic diversity among the vegetable soybean varieties tested, thus, it is necessary to expand the germplasm resource of vegetable soybean.
