摘要
全程专业实习模式是针对当前高职高专院校专业实习的现状和社会对文秘生的要求而提出的一种新的实习方式,它的实施有利于提高文秘生理论联系实际的能力,培养文秘生的实践动手能力,训练文秘生的文秘技能,增强文秘生的就业、创业竞争力。
The whole-process mode of professional practice is aimed at current senior vecational colleges and high-level technical institutes. In particular, it is helpful for secretary major students to improve their capabilities of linking theory and practice and to cultivate their actual abilities of practice, as well as to train their secretarial skills, while strengthening the competence for employment or starting a business as secretary majors.
