摘要
针对煤矿井下使用的装载机工作装置中,动臂极易发生断裂的问题,采用经典三维实体造型软件Pro/E建立其三维实体模型,并在其环境下对动臂的最大受力位置,即铲掘位置进行静力学有限元分析,从应力云图和位移云图中得到动臂易发生断裂的位置及其应力分布情况,再对各典型工况下的动臂进行分析,从而总结出动臂在一个工作循环下的应力分布规律。
In working device of mine loader, one of the easiest breaking parts is the moving arm. In present work, the Pro/E software is used to establish the 3D solid model for the moving arm. Moreover, the static finite element analysis is performed in the shoveling and digging position for moving arm, by stress and displacement cloud diagrams revealed analysis results, the easiest break position on the moving arm and stress distribution in this location can be obtained. Finally, the stress distribution regular of moving arm in a working cycle is summarized by analyzing its loading status under a series of typical working conditions.
