Research advances in a new phase separator of two-phase flows——T-junction

摘要 回顾了气液两相在T形管处流动时对相分离的最初研究及起因,随着研究的进一步深入,T形管作为两相流分离器逐渐受到石油和化学工业界的重视。介绍了T形管分离器的结构形状和性能参数,着重综述了气液、液液两相流在T形管处相分离的研究内容和研究进展,简单阐述了气固、液固两相在T形管处流动的研究情况,最后对未来T形管的研究进行了展望。 Initial research on phase maldistribution of gas-liquid two-phase flow at a T-junction is reviewed. With further research on such maldistribution, the T-junction acting as phase separator of two-phase flows has gradually caught attention of petrochemical and chemical industries. Geometry structure and characteristic features of the T-junction for two-phase flows are introduced. Research progress of gas-liquid and liquid-liqnid two-phase flows at the T-junctions is reviewed and research on gas-solid and liquid-solid flows at the T-junctions is briefly summarized. Finally, the research area for further study is presented.
