摘要
随着目前市场上移动电话、便携电子设备等产品普遍采用彩色显示屏,应用于彩色LCD显示屏背光源的白色LED也得到了广泛关注。本文着重讨论几种驱动白光LED的方式,并以SC604A为例介绍了电荷泵驱动电路的一般原理。
With the widely using of cellular phones and portable devices, white LEDs which used in color LCD displays backlight get broad attention also. This article will describe some methods of driving white LEDs and theory of driver used in charge pump with SC604A.
