摘要
制备纳米粒子Al_2O_3填充改性的聚甲醛(POM)纳米复合材料,在干摩擦和油润滑条件下研究了纳米粒子的加入对POM纳米复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明:尽管POM/Al_2O_3纳米复合材料的干摩擦性能有所下降,但是油润滑性能得到了大幅度的提高,且当纳米Al_2O_3的含量为9%时,油润滑性能达到最佳.润滑油的存在提高了纳米粒子的活动性,并且纳米粒子的表面活性可以填平磨痕并增强转移膜与对偶面的粘结强度.
Polyoxymethylene (POM) nanocomposites with various contents of nano-Al2O3 were prepared,the influence of nano-particles on tribological properties of POM under dry friction and oil lubricated condition were investigated. Results indicate that: POM nanocomposite with 9% nano-Al2O3 have the best friction and wear properties. Nanoparticles are more effective in enhancing the friction and wear properties of POM nanocomposites under oil lubricated condition than dry sliding condition. The flowability of lubrication oils can broaden the activity range of nanoparticles and nanoparticles filling in the roughness of coun-terpart can strengthen the interaction between the counterpart and transfer film.
