摘要
目的:确定白苏总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以白苏总黄酮提取率为指标,采用响应面分析法优化超声提取工艺条件,考察乙醇浓度、固液比、提取次数等三因素对白苏总黄酮提取率的影响。结果:白苏总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为,加60%乙醇超声提取4次,每次18 min,固液比为1∶15,总黄酮提取率为24.65 mg/g。结论:超声法对白苏总黄酮有较好的提取作用,工艺简单,易于工业化大生产。
Objective: To investigate the extraction process of PeriUa frutescens flavonoids. Methods: Response surface method (RSM) was applied to a fractional design. The PeriUafrutescens flavonoids were extracted by ultrasonic method. The influence factors of concentration of alcohol, ratio of liquid to solid, extraction times were evaluated. Results : The optimum extraction conditions were confirmed as follows: 60% alcohol extracted 4 times, 18 minutes every time and ratio of liquid to solid was 15: 1. The extraction rate of flavonoids under this condition was 24. 65 mg/g. Conclusion : Applying ultrasonic method to extract PeriUa frutescens flavonoids is feasible.
