摘要
本文报告了4例原发性椎管内黑色素瘤，男2例，女2例，位于颈段1例，胸段3例，均为髓外硬膜下。随访2例生存3年死亡，2例8个月内死亡。本病临床诊断非常困难，均于术中或术后确诊。手术应尽量切除肿瘤，术后采取综合治疗以期获得长期生存。
Four cases of primary melanoma of the spinal cord are reported.Two were males, two females. All were extramedullary and intradurally. Of these, one was at the cervical cord, and three thoracic.All cases were followed up, two of them alive 3 years, two died within 8 months. The clinical diagnosis of the tumor was very difficult, all were confirmed by operation or pathological examination. We should try ours best to resect the tumor as much as possible during operation, the patient may require long-term surviral with general therapy after operation.
