摘要
目的：总结纤维胆道镜在治疗术后胆道残余结石的经验。方法：回顾分析2004年6月至2007年6月我院应用纤维胆道镜治疗术后胆道残余结石136例。结果：本组1次取尽结石106例，21例分别经2～3次取尽，有9例残石未能取尽，结石取尽率90，3％。结论：术后使用纤维胆道镜治疗残余结石，安全、创伤小、费用低、残石取尽率高。
Objective： To summarize the experience in treatment of biliary residual stones after operation with endoscopy. Method： The clinical data of 136 patients with biliary residual stones treated by endoscopy in our hospital from June 2004 to June 2007,were retrospectively analyzed. Result： The stones were entirely removed by onetime in 106 patients, the stones in 21 patients were entirely removed by twice or three times,9 patients＇ stones remained in biliary dusts, stone -removal successful rate is 90. 3%. Conclusion ： Treatment of biliary residual stones with endoscopy is a state and highly effective way, which minimizes the wounds, costs cheaply.
