摘要
针对以单目标优化设计圆孔拉刀的某些不足,采用多目标优化设计圆孔拉刀。在考虑刀具及机床等约束的基础上,以圆孔拉刀粗切齿部长度最短和拉削力最小为优化目标,对圆孔拉刀参数中的齿升量及齿距进行了优化。
The multi objective optimum design for round broach is studied in the view of certain shortcomings on the uni objective optimum design for round broach.According to the optimum objects of rough cutting teeths length and cutting force,which are subjected to the limited conditions on tools and machines,the optimized rise per tooth and pitch are designed.An example is optimized by using the penalty function method.
