摘要
重视古代中央王朝治理西北地区的"边政"问题并深入进行研究,是近现代以来西北史地之学的传统。1980年以来,史学界对这一领域进行了比较集中的研究,成果主要体现在古代中央王朝统辖西北民族地区的指导思想、基本政策、具体措施、管理机构、统治效果等各个层面。对之进行必要的总结与评析,指出不足,有利于该项研究的不断深化。
Giving special attention to the problem of ancient central governments＇ administration of the Northwest Frontiers and making a deep study of it are a tradition of the study of Northwestern historical geography. New progress has been made in the field of this problem since 1980, mainly in terms of guiding ideology, basic policy, specific measure, administrative institution, effect of governing. Here a review and summary was made to point out the weakness so as to unceasingly deepen the study of this problem.
