Regulation of heat shock proteins on apoptosis and its application

摘要 热休克货白(HSP)对细胞凋亡有双向调控作用,尤其是其抗细胞凋亡的作用为临床多种疾病的治疗开辟了新的途径。 Heat shock protein（HSP） shows both biological effects of up-regulation and down-regulation on apoptosis. Especially the suppressive effects on apoptosis provide a new path to treat various diseases.
