摘要
对《决定》发布以来,政府投入卫生事业费支出、政府预算卫生支出的结果作了计算和分析,按《决定》要求,政府分别少投1268.19亿元和2163.58亿元,同时对评判指标、投入重点、公示制度提出了建议。
After published the ＂decision＂ then years later, the author calculates the health care financial which input from government and government financial expenditure of health care. Based on the ＂decision＂ standard, it less than 126.82, and 216.36 billion yuan during past ten years separately. It had proposed the suggestions on the assessment standard, input priority, and announcement system.
