摘要
[目的]探索自制的复方中草药对鸡大肠杆菌病的防治效果。[方法]根据中兽医的基本理论筛选组建中草药方剂,并通过体外抑菌、人工感染治疗和自然感染治疗试验研究该复方中草药防治鸡大肠杆菌病的疗效。[结果]该中草药的抑菌圈直径达14mm。人工感染治疗试验表明该中草药方剂对鸡大肠杆菌病有较好的治疗效果,而中、高剂量组的鸡只死亡率均低于乳酸环丙沙星组,且明显低于发病对照组。自然感染治疗试验表明,用中剂量的中草药方剂治疗鸡大肠杆菌病较为有效,经治疗后发病鸡群的平均存活率为96.9%。[结论]自拟中草药复方对鸡大肠杆菌病中度敏感,在人工感染治疗试验和临床治疗试验时中、高剂量均有较好的治疗效果。在临床治疗中应使用中剂量复方中草药。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the control effects of self-made compound Chinese herbal medicine on chicken colibacillosis.[Method] According to the basic theory of Chinese veterinary medicine,Chinese herbal medicine formula was screened out.The curative effect of this compound Chinese herbal medicine on the control of chicken colibacillosis was studied by bacteriostatic test in vitro,artificial infection and treatment test and natural infection and treatment test.[Result] The diameter of the bacteriostatic circle for this Chinese herbal medicine reached 14 mm.Artificial infection and treatment test showed that this Chinese herbal medicine had better curative effects on chicken colibacillosis and the mortality rate of chicken in the groups with middle and high dosage were lower than that in the group with ciprofloxacin lactate and obviously lower than that in pathogenetic control group.Natural infection and treatment test showed that Chinese herbal medicine of middle dosage was more effective to
cure chicken colibacillosis and the average survival rate in the diseased chicken flocks after treatment was 96.9%.[Conclusion] The self-made compound Chinese herbal medicine was moderate sensitive to chicken colibacillosis.Middle and high dosage of this Chinese herbal medicine had better curative effects in both artificial infection test and natural infection test.Middle dosage of compound Chinese herbal medicine should be used in clinical treatment.
