摘要
柔性管理是一种全新的管理理念,从本质上说是一种"以人为本"的管理,有助于克服刚性管理追求量化,背离教育的评判价值,容易诱导教育的功利色彩等的不足,从目前来看也更适应新时期高校发展的组织特征及高校教师的劳动特点和个性特点。
Flexile management is a brand-new management concept and is a kind of human-based management in its essence and is helpful to overcoming the defects of rigid pursuit of quantitative profit, which deviates from judgment value of education and which easily induces utilitarianism of education, and is suitable for organization character of the development of colleges and universities and for working character and personal character of the teachers of colleges and universities at present. Thus, this paper mainly discusses how to find the operation paths for flexile management in modern colleges and universities under the situation that rigid management mode still dominates.
