摘要
建设社会主义新农村,是一项涉及农村的经济、政治、文化和社会发展的系统工程。建设社会主义新农村,不仅是经济发展的问题,也是文化进步的问题。要实现建设社会主义新农村的各项要求和目标,必须大力加强农村文化建设。
Building new socialist countryside is a systematic project in which rural economy, politics, culture and social development are involved. Building new socialist countryside is not only an issue of economic development, but also an issue of cultural development. And great efforts must be taken to strengthen the rural cultural construction to realize various requirement and goal of building new socialist countryside.
