摘要
以采用阴离子淤浆聚合法制备的高黏度尼龙6为原料,分别加入增塑剂DBP和低摩尔质量尼龙6树脂,以甲酸为溶剂制备溶液,用流延法制膜,研究了增塑剂和小分子尼龙6对膜力学性能的影响。结果表明,增塑剂和小分子尼龙6的加入有助于提高膜的拉伸性能。加入无水氯化钙制备尼龙6络合膜,膜的拉伸性能可提高3倍以上;在水中解络合后,膜的力学性能有较大的恢复。
With high-relative viscosity nylon 6 prepared by means of anionic polymerization as raw material, formic acid as solvent, plasticizer DBP and low-molecular-weight nylon 6 resin as additives, high-viscosity nylon 6 films were prepared by means of casting process. The effects of the plasticizer and low-molecular-weight nylon 6 resin on the mechanical properties of nylon 6 films were investigated. The results showed that the addition of the plasticizer and low-molecular-weight nylon 6 resin increased the tensile strength of the films. The tensile properties of the complex films of nylon 6 prepared by adding anhydrous calcium chloride were improved by more than 3 times. The mechanical properties of the films could restore etticiently through decomplexation by water.
