摘要
选取山茱萸多糖提取时间、提取温度和料液比3个因素进行二次回归正交组合设计试验,利用响应面法对其提取工艺参数进行优化研究。利用MATLAB 7.0软件对山茱萸多糖提取产量的二次多项数学模型解逆矩阵分析表明:在提取时间为142 min、提取温度为84℃、水体积为276 mL的条件下,山茱萸多糖提取产量最高,最大提取产量预测值为89.7868μg·mL^(-1),实际提取值89.34μg·mL^(-1),两者基本相符。利用优化工艺参数提取山茱萸多糖时,具有最大的提取产量。
The effects of different temperature, time and the ratio of solid to solution on the extraction yield of polysaccharide from Fructus Corni were investigated based on composite design of quadratic regression. The extraction technique parameters were optimized with Response Surface Methodology. Experimental data were analyzed by solving the regression equation with Design MATLAB 7.0 software. It was indicated that the optimum extraction parameters were temperature 84℃, time 142 minutes and the water volume 276 mL. Under those conditions,the predicted value of polysaeeharide extraction yield from Fructus Corni was 89. 7868 μg·mL^-1 ,which was in consistent with the measured value 89.34 μg·mL^-1. It had maximal extraction yield of polysaeeharide from Fructus Corni with optimized teehnique parameters.
