哈特曼球差自动测量系统中的小波变换图像处理及实现 被引量:1

摘要 阐述了小波变换去除图像噪声的基本原理和方法,利用小波变换技术对球差自动测量系统中CCD测量的哈特曼(Hartmann)小孔光阑图像进行噪声抑制和去除。讨论了Hartmann光斑数字图像处理中小波分解与重构算法,小波分解得到的高频系数阈值量化处理,然后进行去噪。采用VisualC++6.0和Matlab混合编制程序调用Matlab的小波变换工具箱函数来实现Hartmann光斑数字图像噪声抑制和去噪分析。结果表明,小波变换去除噪声的效果比传统的傅立叶(Fourior)变换方法具有极大的优越性。 This article expresses the basic theory and method of wiping off image noise by wavelet transform.We restrain or eliminate the noise of Hartmann pore diaphragm image which is measured in spherical-aberration automatic measurement system by wavelet transform technology.This article discusses wavelet decomposability and reconfiguration algorithm in Hartmann facula figure processing, we quantify the high frequency coefficient threshold which decomposes from wavelet, and finally, we wipe off the noise.We program using visual C++ 6.0 and Matlab , and call the function of wavelet transform in matlab to estrain or eliminate the noise of Hartmann pore diaphragm image. The result shows that the wavelet transform have big superiority in noise elimination than the method of conventional Fourior transform.
