摘要
目的稳定民营医院护理队伍。方法针对护理队伍不稳定因素,制订科学定岗、以岗定薪;设立院龄工资;个性化培训;实施激励政策及健全的人事制度等举措。结果初步建成了一支结构相对合理、稳定的护理队伍。结论科学定岗能有效稳定护理队伍。
Objective To stabilize the nursing team in private hospitals. Methods Aimed at the factors influencing the stability of nursing team in private hospital, the following measures were carried out, including setting up scientific post structure and salary distribution, setting up salary system based on working years, providing individualized nurse training, implementing encouragement system and improving the regulations of personnel management. Result This practice stabilized the nurses in private hospital and developed a nursing team with rational structure. Conclusion Setting up scientific post structure is proved to be effective to stabilize the nursing team in private hospital.
