依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗塞40例 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效。方法将80例急性脑梗塞患者随机均分为两组,分别给予依达拉奉注射液(治疗组)和杏丁注射液(对照组)治疗2周,评价治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分的变化及疗效。结果两组神经功能缺损程度评分有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),临床疗效也有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组(87.5%)优于对照组(67.5%)。结论依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗塞疗效可靠。
