摘要
介绍了四种使用OMNI阀的特殊APR测试工艺技术,每种技术都有其适用的范围和工艺特点。使用带有OMNI阀的APR测试管柱,能一次完成射孔、酸化、气举、测试等多项作业。能够大大的提高测试成功率,有效地缩短测试时间,降低试油成本,减少试油对地层的污染。针对不同的井况及试油方案,合理的应用OMNI阀能有效地解决完井测试中的实际问题。具有广阔的推广应用前景。
This paper introduced 4 kinds of APR testing technologies with OMNI valve.Each technology has own features and application scope.By using APR testing string configured with OMNI valve,several jobs,such as perforation,acidizing,gas lift,and testing,etc.can be completed in one trip.Thus,testing success ratio has been greatly enhanced,production test time has been effectively reduced,and production test cost has also been lowered down,in addition,formation damage induced by production test has been improved.According to different well conditions and production test plan,the appropriate application of OMNI valve can effectively solve the practical problems encountered in well completion test.Therefore,APR testing technologies with OMNI valve have a wide application field in future.
