摘要
在大鼠背部足太阳膀胱经上的肝俞或胆俞穴缓慢注入微量神经激肽A(NKA,88μmol/L)20μl/3min后,结果发现该穴位传入神经放电明显增加,与P物质(SP)及组胺的作用类似,因此推测NKA亦可能在外周起局部调节作用,并参与沿经脉线的信息传递过程。
The effect of injecting trace neu-rokinin A(NKA, 88 μmol/L) 20 μl/3min intracuta-neously on Bladder Channel of Foot-Taiyang on the back of rats, using electrophysiological methods.The afferent nerve impulse discharges increased af-ter injection- The results were the same as those of SP and histamine. So NKA probably is a kind of mediator of information transmission along chan-nels.
