摘要
目的对进口Magfit EX600W磁性固位体与国产Magfix EX600 G磁性固位体用于下颌覆盖义齿修复的效果进行对比。方法将14例患者随机分为两组,共采用27个磁性固位体做覆盖义齿修复,对义齿的固位力、使用满意度情况进行0.5～1.5年的随访观察。结果两组磁性固位体覆盖义齿的固位力良好,患者满意度较高。国产磁性固位体价格明显低于进口磁性固位体。结论磁性固位体能显著提高覆盖义齿的固位力及修复效果。
Objective To compare the effectiveness of import MAGFIT EX600 W and domestic MAGFIX EX600G magnetic attachments which were applied for the mandibular complete overdentures. Method Fourteen patients were randomly divided into two groups, 27 magnetic retainers were used in each group for mandibular complete overdentures, then all patients was followe up based on the retention and the satisfaction for 0. 5 to1.5 yraes Result The retention was well and the patient＇s satisfaction was high in the two groups. The price of domestic MAGFIX EX600G magnetic attachments is lower than that of import MAGFIT EX600 W magnetic attachments. Conclusion The two kinds of magnetic retainers could improve the retention rest and prothetic effect of the overdentures, it is a cheap and good way for the magnetic retainer to recovery the odontoptosis.
