考察了解国外电动汽车发展状况对于我国推广使用电动汽车,改善终端用能结构和保护环境具有现实意义。文章重点介绍了法国推动电动汽车发展的组织机构、鼓励政策、电动汽车运营及示范情况;推动电动汽车应用是法国电力公司的一个重要战略发展方向;政府部门在推进电动汽车发展方面发挥着主导作用。考察得到的启示,可为我国发展电动汽车及其市场提供经验。
The group investigated the development status of overseas electric vehicles. It is meaningful for our country to porpularize the electric vehicles, adjust energy consumption structure and protect environment. The article introduced the organization frame, incentive policy, operation and polit of the vehicles in France. It is an important strategic direction to imporve electric vehicles application in France. The governments played an important leading role in the actions. The investigation revelation can provide experience for us to develop electric vehicles market.
