摘要
目的探讨经导管室间隔缺损(VSD)封堵术治疗前后心肌酶谱及心功能的变化。方法检测VSD患儿介入治疗前后血清肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、AST水平,并通过超声心动图(UCG)测定其左室射血分数(LVEF),对治疗前后资料进行对比分析。应用SPSS10.0软件进行统计学分析。结果介入治疗后VSD患儿较治疗前血清cTnI明显升高[(0.29±0.17)μg/Lvs(0.02±0.01)μg/L,t=9.0P<0.01],LVEF有所降低[(75.4±5.1)%vs(78.3±6.2)%,t=2.14P<0.05],血清CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST水平无明显变化(t=0.15,0.46,0.89,0.45Pa>0.05)。结论经导管VSD封堵术对患儿心肌酶及心功能有一定影响。予以相应的干预治疗仍是必要的。
Objective To explore the changes of cardiac muscle enzymogram and heart function before and after transaetheter closure of Ventrieulax septal defect (VSD). Methods The serum levels of cardiac troponin (cTnI) , eareatine kinase (CK) , lactic dehydrogenase ( LDH ), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and the left ventrieular ejection fraction(LVEF) were detected by two -dimensional eehoeardiography,and the eharige before and after intervention was analyzed. Results The serum level of eTnI in VSD patients after treatment was markedly higher than that before intervention[ (0.29 ±0.17)μg/Lvs (0.02±0.01)μg/L,t=9.0 P〈0.01],The LVEF deereasedafter intervention [(75.4±5.1)% vs (78.3±6.2)%,t=2.14 P〈0.05].The levels of CK,CK-MB,LDH,ASTeoneotrationshadnosignifieantdifferenee between the patients before and after intervention( Pa 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Catheterization tO treat VSD may have influence on enzymogram and the heart function ,which may be related to the minor myocardial damage during the operation.
