摘要
目的:探讨枝孢样枝孢霉的致病性。方法:将45只清洁级ICR小鼠随机分为对照组、实验组和免疫抑制组,每组15只,雌雄不限。将枝孢样枝孢霉的菌悬液分别接种于实验组和免疫抑制组小鼠的腹侧皮肤,于接种后的第15、30、60 d处死动物,取接种部位的皮肤组织和各器官进行组织病理学检查和逆培养。结果:实验组和免疫抑制组小鼠在皮肤接种部位均出现不同程度损害,并随时间推移损害加重。损害部位皮肤组织逆培养均阳性,但均未见系统播散。结论:枝孢样枝孢霉对小鼠皮肤有较强机会致病性。对正常小鼠的系统侵犯可能为机会致病。
Objective： To investigate the pathogenicity of Cladosporium cladosporioides. Methods： The cell suspension of Cladosporium cladosporioides was inoculated into the gaster-skin of normal and immunocompromised ICR （Institute of Cancer Research） mice. Histopathologic examination and fungal culture were performed on the mice sacrificed on the 15 th, 30 th and 60 th day after the inoculation. Results： All the experimental mice developed abscesses at the inoculated sites but presented no disseminated infection of Cladosporium cladosporioides on necropsy. Cladosporium cladosporioides are opportunistic fungi with relatively high virulence to the skin but low virulence to viscera.
