摘要
采用生长速率法测定了蝇蛆低聚几丁糖对烟草赤星病菌Alternaria alternata的毒力。结果表明，蝇蛆低聚几丁糖对烟草赤星病菌有一定的抑制作用，在一定浓度范围（1-16 mg/mL）内，随着浓度的提高，蝇蛆低聚几丁糖抑制率随之升高。观察发现，受抑制的菌丝均有不同程度的缩短、变粗及扭曲等症状，且产生的畸形分生孢子数随浓度的升高而增加。
Bioassays of the toxicity of chitooligosaccharides from larvae of housefly Musca domestica vicina against Alternaria alternate were carried out by the plate growth rate method. The results showed that this kind of chitooligosaccharides had certain inhibitory effect on Alternaria alternate. The percentage of degrowth increased with an increae of the concentration of chitooligosaccharides during a certain range （1-16 mg/mL）. Hypae inhibited by chitooligosaccharides became shorten, thick and distorted. The proportion of the abnormal conidiosphore increased with an increase of the concentration of chitooligosaccharides.
