摘要 随着微机技术和半导体器件的发展,用微机实时检测无功功率的变化并自动投切电容器的装置不断涌现。结合国内外各种装置的优缺点,研究出一种新型动态补偿装置。采用新型机电一体化智能开关,用晶闸管和接触器并接的方式作为投切电容器的执行元件。在控制策略上采用电压和无功两个量,通过模糊逻辑进行控制,装置由msp430的信号处理、键盘显示、执行控制等硬件电路组成。补偿装置的电容器组采用不等容量的分组方式,各组按数字编码组合成若干级,按所需补偿容量对应的编码组合自动择优投切电容器组。 With the development of microcomputer control technique and semiconductor component, devices which supervise reactive power on line and then pull-cut the capacitor spring up unceasingly, analyzing the shortcoming and advantage of various device at home and abroad, a new kind of control device comes out. A new intelligence switch is adopted in the device, taking thyristor and contactor connected in parallel to place or cut capacitor banks. The reactive power and voltage amount are used to achieve control in the way of the fuzzy algorithm. The device is composed of signal treatment, keyboard display, implementation and so on. The adopt unequal capacity grouping means are adopted in the capacitor banks of compensation unit. Different series are composed into several grades according to digital coding combination. Automatically selecting the superior bank of capacitors to pull-cut,thus can achieve once compensation then reach the designated position.
