摘要
目的探讨99mTc-MIBI肿瘤阳性显像在多种恶性肿瘤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法静脉注射99mTc-MI-BI15~30min后,行病变局部平面和断层显像,计算肿瘤与本底比值(T/N),当T/N≥1.4时判定显像结果阳性。结果23例受检者中诊断为恶性肿瘤21例,良性肿瘤2例。21例恶性肿瘤99mTc-MIBI阳性显像17例阳性,4例阴性;2例良性肿瘤患者显像结果均为阴性。99mTc-MIBI阳性显像的敏感性为89.5%,特异性为100.0%,阳性预测值为100.0%,阴性预测值为66.7%,准确率为91.3%。结论99mTc-MIBI阳性显像在良恶性肿瘤临床诊断中有良好的应用前景。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of tumor positive imaging with ^99mTc-MIBI. Methods Imaging was taken 15 -30 min after injection of ^99mTc-MIBI. The ratio of tumor to background/normal tissue (T/N) was calculated. Positive results were defined as T/N ≥1.4. Results 21 pathologically confirmed malignant tumors and 2 benign tumors were included in this study. Of the 21 patients with malignant tumor, 17 had positive imaging and 4 had negative imaging. Both of the 2 patients with benign tumors had negative imaging. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of tumor positive imaging with ^99mTc-MIBI were 89.5%, 100.0%, 100.0% ,66.7% and 91.3%, respectively. Conclusion Tumor positive imaging with ^99mTc-MIBI is a useful method for diagnosis of malignant tumors.
