摘要
为了在我国尽快建立房地产投资信托基金,对我国发展房地产投资信托基金的可行性进行了分析,并对目前我国发展房地产投资信托基金存在的问题进行了分析,提出了发展房地产投资信托基金的若干建议。
In order to build up real estate investment trusts as soon as possible in our country, this paper mostly analyzes the general development situation and problems of REITs and then puts forward some policy suggestion on how to develop REITs in China.
