摘要
空气气氛下热重试验表明,无论在哪种升温速率下,无烟煤的起始着火温度比烟煤约高220℃,燃尽温度比烟煤约高70℃,无烟煤的燃烧时间要大于烟煤。反应动力学模型得到的活化能测试结果表明,无烟煤的活化能比烟煤大30kJ/mol左右。增加炉内换热和延长停留时间,有利于缩短燃煤颗粒的预热时间以及燃烧时间,从而促进无烟煤的燃尽。
Study on thermogravimetric test in the atmosphere of air shows that the burning time of anthractic coal is longer than that of bituminous coal no matter under what kind of the heating rate. The ignition temperature of anthracitic coal is about 200 ℃ higher than that of bituminous coal, the burnout temperature of anthracitic coal is about 70 ℃ higher than that of bituminous coal. The activation energy test results obtained from model of reaction kinetics show that the activation energy of anthracitic coal is about 30 kJ/ mol higher than that of bituminous coal. Increasing heat transfer and extending residence time in the furnace is helpful to shorten preheating time and combustion time of the fuel coal particles, thereby promoting the anthracitic coal to burnout.
