摘要
目前国外垃圾焚烧发电基本上采用机械炉排炉燃烧方式,适合于燃烧高热值的垃圾。我国城市垃圾成分复杂,含水率高,无机物含量高,热值低,给炉排炉的燃烧控制带来了困难。满足垃圾的充分燃烧、有效地控制负荷和炉膛温度,同时使排出的烟气达到排放标准是目前国内垃圾焚烧发电需要解决的难题。以天津双港垃圾焚烧发电厂日本田熊公司生产的SN机械焚烧式垃圾焚烧炉为例,针对引进的机械炉排式垃圾焚烧炉在燃烧国内垃圾中存在的问题,进行了炉排控制策略的改进。
The components of municipal solid waste (MSW) are very complex in our courtry, boasting higher water content, higher inorganic matter content, lower calorific value, then having brought some difficulties to the burning control of chain grate furnace. The problems needing to be solved in MSW incineration are as follows: to effectively control the load and the furnace temparature, at the same time, to make the discharged flue gas to meet the emission standard. For this, taking the imported chain grate furnace in Tianjin Shuanggang MSW Incineration Power Plant as an example, the automatic control strategy of chain grate has been studied.
