摘要
利用 Pro/TOOLKIT 及 Visual C++6.0、Access 2003为数据库开发工具,创建了盾构刀具参数化模型库和数据库系统,实现了刀具的参数化设计,便于刀具模型的建立与修改,人机交互友善,大大提高刀具的设计效率,为盾构刀具标准化、系列化设计提供了有利条件,且可为同类产品所应用与借鉴。
The Pro/toolkit, Visual C＋＋6.0 andAccess 2003 are applied as database designing means to creating a parametric model base and database system of cutter heads and tools for shielded TBMs; so that the parametric designing of a cutter head is realized and the establishment and revision of the cutter models can be facilitated with advantages of more friendly human-computer interaction, more effective designing of the TBM tools. Additionally it provides favorable conditions for the standardization and serialization of TBM cutter heads ＆ tools and a reference for designing of similar products.
