摘要 目的观察新鲜羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对36例(40眼)翼状胬肉行广泛切除后,用新鲜人羊膜移植治疗。结果术后随访5~18月,有2眼复发,复发率为5.00%,治愈率为95.00%。无免疫排斥反应。结论翼状胬肉切除联合新鲜羊膜移植可有效降低复发率。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of fresh amniotic membrance transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. Methods 36 patients (40 eyes) were completely excised and transplantated with fresh human aminotic membrane. Results The fresh amniotic membrane transplantations were successful in most of the patients and none developed immunological rejection during the follow upof 5 -18 months. The curative rate of primary operation for pterygium was 95% , and the recurrence rate of pterygium was 5%. Conclusions Pterygium excision with fresh amniotic membrane transplantation can significantly prevent the recurrence rate of pterygium.
