摘要
教育是一项社会公益事业,其公益性是指教育应该符合国家和社会公共利益。提倡教育的公益性,并不否定教育的私益性、营利性和产业性。政府、社会和学校都应该通过各种措施来保障教育的公益性。
Education is a public good for civil society development, which should be in accordance with the national and social benefits. To advocate the public interests of education does not mean to disregard private interests, profit-making or industrialization of education. Our governments and universities should endeavor to ensure the public interests of education through various measures.
