摘要
根据非晶合金成分特点设计了Mg80Zn16-xCa4Cux(x=2、4、6)合金。采用铜模制备了直径为2mm的试样。分别采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、力学性能试验装置研究了合金的组织形貌、相组成和铸态的压缩性能,并对断口形貌进行了分析。采用阿基米德法测量了合金的密度,并计算出了比强度。Mg80Zn16-xCa4Cux(x=2、4、6)合金的压缩强度分别为574.5、678.6、616.7MPa,屈服强度分别是449.7、300.8、389.8MPa,塑性变形量分别为1.1%、4.6%、4.0%。其中合金Mg80Zn12Ca4Cu4是目前所报道的强度和塑性最高的不含稀土的Mg合金成分。
Mg-based alloy Mg80Zn16-xCa4Cux(x=2,4,6)with 2mm in diameter was prepared by means of copper mold casting based on the design of amorphous alloy composition forming rule.The microstructure,phase constituent and compressive behavior of the as-cast alloy were investigated by SEM(scanning electron microscope),XRD(x-ray diffraction)and mechanical property testing device,and the fracture morphology of alloy was analyzed.The density of the alloy was obtained by using the Archimedes law and the specific strength was calculated.The Mg80Zn16-xCa4Cux alloy with x of 2,4,6 is 574.5,678.6,616.7 MPa in compressive strength,respectively,and 449.7,300.8,389.8 MPa in yield strength,respectively and 1.1%,4.6% and 4.0% in elongation,respectively,in which the Mg80Zn12Ca4Cu4 alloy has the highest both in strength and in plastic deformation in rare earth free Mg-based alloy reported up to now.
